Other Works & Compositions
These are what I call my "one handed takes". These bits of music come from a very early age within my composition career.
The backstory first begins with a cousin of mine speaking with me about a call for artists to submit works for the game Beyond Good & Evil 2 back in 2019–which is still in development to this day oddly enough.
At the time I never worked within a DAW before nevertheless anything computer based other than notation software. But from that day, I eventually bought myself a small MIDI keyboard from Arturia. I'd manipulate things by using the octave keys or doing layered takes to make neat short songs that potentially could be used as soundtracks. Because of that public commission by Ubisoft I made several, and in later years, because of that experience, would go on to step foot into scoring for other types of media such as animation.
Here are some of those tracks
As aforementioned, after making those soundtracks I eventually leaned into scoring for media. A great friend of mine today, Emelia Martínez-Díaz, is an artist/ animator & scriptwriter. She first reached out looking for a musician to write music for her previs in undergrad. I responded to the calling and since then we've been in cahoots as creative partners. I made many tracks for her at that time and some tracks were never used, sitting in the archives today.
If I never responded to that calling, I do not think I would be doing half the things I am now. I'm forever grateful for people like her and my cousin ['preciate it, Stephan]. It's the smallest things in life that can have the biggest effect on you in the future.
Emelia is a very fine artist herself and those interested in checking out her works should do so–I highly recommend it. :)

Other than the purpose of showcasing my work, the other significance of having these examples is to show how collaboration can create the coolest things. The imagination of one is great, but the imaginations of more than one are even greater.
